Ill say the same thing i said when we signed Lin. We needed this. I had little interest in the season this year but with harden I will be at and catch more games on tv than i normally would.

these two guys sell tickets. without them we would have record low crowds like last year and like the astros.

With them we are the very least, interesting.

Im not an idiot fan with blinders on. Harden choked at times in the finals. But at times he was their best offensive option.

Anyone who thinks this is a bad move should look at the three first rounders that we got this year, give it a year or two and you would notice that they are no "cant miss players". Well harden is a cant miss player. Just ask dallas or any other teams that wanted to start their slow rebuilding process with him .

According to Morey, the next piece might already be on the roster.

Nah - I hope they both turn up at the same end at the same time?

Kind of like both play offense and both play defence!

James Harden's contract is for a 5 year, 78.6 million deal instead of 80 million according to Johnathan Feign. I did not see anyone posted it.

He will get paid his current Thunders' pay (5 million something) this year plus 5 year extensions (78.6 million).

rather pay for it ($$$$) now while harden is in his prime - good move by morey.

harden is the best player this team has had since yao went down.

"Beast" mode for Morris generally means "abets" the other team mode.

The scary thing is, he's not even in his prime yet.
    Dude is only 23.

One of the most asinine comparisons ever! If you have to compare with LBJ contract, with exception of a few on their rookie contracts, ALL NBA players are overpaid, including Kevin Durant!

While you are at it, why dont you mention he makes 16 times more than Parsons. Nice!

At least we know if this backfires, Morey is as good as gone. His chips are all in with this move and signing.

And we also know that Le$ will pay the luxury tax to get a second one to prove he and Morey can do it, together.

    And so it begins.

Just get the ******* tv contract signed now for thadeus and Batman Jones, already.
