ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Pistons 10/31/2012

I think BECAUSE the heard doesn't know the sets well, he'll look to create on his own more and score in the 20s. I think Lin will definitely get it going on the offensive end averaging in the high teens eventually (I really do) but thus far his shot's been quite off, so I don't know if he'll get there yet, but his assists should be higher, more closer to 10. Omer showed that he can score a bit higher than 6. I'm hoping for a solid double/double from him near every game as that is his potential.
BTW, I love Parsons filling up the stats and doing everything right.

Maybe he'll be a lil slow, but now he's with a team that looks to him as #1
I think he doesn't need to hold things back. If I knew anything about left handers, and I know alot, is that left handers usually have quicker process through their right brians. Right-brained subjects, on the other hand, focus on aesthetics, feeling, and creativity. He'll adjust pretty quick.

A lot of people are really underrating Patrick Patterson I see. I hope he gets back ASAP. I don't think Jones is ready to be a full time starter just yet. And this is coming from his future wife

heard lots of great things about drummond before the ISU UCONN game. Royce made drummond his b****.

drummond - 1 steal, 2 points, 3 reb, 4 blocks (nice stat), 5 fouls.

white - 1 block, 2 assists, 2 fouls, 13 rebounds, 15 points.

 

I've said before and i'll say it again, Patterson = Beast and he'll show that this season hopefully, if not then his mini me T. Jones will have no problem ballin' either.....so nice to have a young team thats athletic with plenty of options

Harden goes off, Lin has 10+ assist, White puts in some good minutes off the bench with Patterson out.

 

Where do people have all these rockets points coming from? Outside of Lin and Harden we don't have anybody else we can count on to score consistently. We have no good post players. Is there a single person on our bench that we can count on to score double figures on a regular basis? I think this team will struggle to score all season but I could be wrong.

I obviously think a few of the other guys are gonna step their game up this season, mainly Parsons, Asik, and Delfino, and hopefully one of the Rookies.

 

That's the preseason and with Martin playing well. Three teams averaged over 100 last year and the pistons only gave up 95 a game last year. Drummond will likely improve their defense right away.

 

If the criticism is not based on reality no we can't.

 

No one is saying they will average 100 points. Even the bobcats scored 100 last year.

Go take a look at the score predictions in this thread. A vast majority have us scoring over a 100.

When it comes to scoring harden hasn't proved he is better than Martin. With the extra artists he gets its probably closer but not to the point where harden is a great improvement so far in his career.

 

Rox win but struggle at the start & get into a groove

Harden goes off for 30+ which should be pretty normal for him because he is the only consistent scorer on the team.
