    You are right. Kobe shooting 4 times a quarter in this game is the reason Nash has been ineffective. They really have to get Kobe 's shots taken under control.

    Suns were playing with the remnants of d Antonis offense ever since he left though. Now he's for the first time in a new offense.

    Who Dallas put out there should not be winning against who the Lakers put out on the floor, I don't care how bad your chemistry is right now.

    I could see if it was a random game on a random Wednesday night, the back end of a back-2-back...but opening night?

    I got Collision in the 10th round of my fantasy draft. Looking like a steal so far.

    It's going to take a while for the Lakers to gel.

    Games like this in the 4th, Kobe is not starting plays. He's standing in the corner waiting for the ball. He never had to play like that. It's going to be a huge adjustment.

    Dwight's FTs goodness

    And their pick and roll defense still sucks. Nash is going to get destroyed by average PGs defensively.

    But it'll be b/t them and OKC at the end.

    losing at home to a team without their best player...yea its really gonna be the Lakers and the Heat in the finals...

    (personally...i see the Spurs and the Heat in the finals)

    Miami started its first year 9-8. It's very hard putting all these great players together and expect them to mesh in game 1. The Lakers won't click till february.

    Looking at the stats, hard to see how they got beat so badly. just tuning in. Only thing I can see is that Dallas scoring was more evenly distributed and the Lakers missed Free Throws. Otherwise stats seemed pretty even.

    Anyone notice Wade looked about 20 lbs lighter out there? Looks like he may be off the juice. Not nearly as muscular. Also, I love that LeBron commercial.

    this...if the Lakers get off to a slow start...i really expect this to happen..

    Dallas has a bunch of new comers to...this was a bad loss for a really hyped team...
