Damn, James Harden's jump shot is hard to get down on 2k. I'll practice it though, Lin + Harden will be fun to play.
I like how 2K forgot to move half the players from the Harden trade to the Rockets. Cook and Aldrich are still on OKC.
they're lazy as shiet. people been beggin for years to replace the 2k insider. heck, people even offered their labor to update the roster for free rather letting 2k insider does it people on operationsports pump out better rosters than stupid 2k insider
Ya ****ty update. I would actually use cook. It's funny. Offline I made everything with harden but online barely anything.
They have it right now, except no Greg Smith. Harden is an absolute beast. And Royce White always has two to four points, eight rebounds, and six or seven+ assists for me.
Ever since the update after the trade....12-0 with the Rockets online ranked. Harden doesn't miss from 3 if you get his stroke down (which is admittedly a little difficult), and he also has the athleticism to take it into the paint on the drive and finish with the dunk. Asik is a beast at defense and rebounding. Gets so many offensive rebound/dunk putbacks. Lin is okay. He's not as quick in the game as he is in real life, so it's sometimes hard to score with him, but the man can shoot from 3 and has surprisingly good handles/ball security. Parsons does his thing. He can shoot the 3 pretty well and can finish at the rim. I don't use him much though. Royce White is an undervalued player in 2k. He's a beast when you put him in the post, and he's got the handles to drive around the people who guard him, which are usually the bigger defenders on the other team. Patterson dunks literally everything. Incredibly unrealistic to the real life Patterson, but in 2k...the man's a stud. Toney Douglass is also a favorite of mine. He is lethal from the 3 and is quick enough to get his own shot (also not like real life Toney Douglass)
Is it just me or is Iggy the most overrated player in this game? I'm undefeated with the Nuggets. Just played as the Rockets against Denver and the guy hit 6 PULL UP 3s with Iggy with Harden right there.
Yep. Iggy is undoubtably the most overrated player in that game. Way too good at shooting, way too good at dunking, way too good at offense all together. Harden at 81 is making him look like possibly the most underrated player, even though Harden is a lock for 25 points if you know how to use him properly. He'll get boosted into the 85-90 range though soon enough.
Lin's shot is annoying. I always get him wide open and so many bricks. He seems to have a long release. I don't like how the CPU will stand around and watch loose balls bounce all around them. 2k needs to fix the ai in the game.
