    This reminds me of when Yao got hurt during the Lakers series in LA and then after the surgery made his return in the season opener against..who else, LA....leading to his final, career ending injury. Hopefully history doesn't repeat the same way for Lin.

    If Detroit would give up Monroe for Asik right now, the Rockets would pull the trigger ASAP. The only reason they wouldn't trade Lin is because of marketing reasons.

    I'm hoping for a loss. Lin and Harden goes off for double doubles each and we lose by 10 points. But in reality this is going to be a win. Harden and Lin carries the team to complete annihilation of Detroit.

    Harden does Detroit.

    Wait...is this a Rox board or a Pistons board? And bro, you are a clown if you think Knight is better than Lin, on top of that Monroe better than Asik? TFO

    Monroe is good, but he's a PF playing C. He has probs with big Centers, and Asik is a beast. On top of that, he's on a terrible team, he can stat pad to get his borderline All-Star #'s.

    Knight? Dude is not even a PG, he's a combo guard that can't shoot. Lin will destroy him.

    The guy I'm most excited to see is Drummond.

    Size, athleticism, shot blocking, touch around the basket, good looking shooting stroke, good hands, quick nimble feet, nice handle for his size (step back jumper in summer league, blew by Bosh in preseason)....he showed flashes that he could become a poor man's.....nah i won't say who, ppl will get offended and think i'm crazy lol

    Not really...Lin got hurt in the Bulls game against Rose. Check the last shot he took in the 1st half.

    Rocket fan in Michigan. Got my tickets and will be seeing the Rockets live in their season opener.

    This will be a good game going up against a team similar to us. While Harden stands out as the top player in this game, Stuckey can score on the wing and Monroe is by far the best post player in this game and capable of dropping 20+ on us.

    Should be a fun, fast paced game. Looking forward to seeing Harden live and hope he has a huge game in his Rocket debut.
