I've got a Canon S100, which I love because it takes excellent pictures (terrific low light ability), yet easily slips into my pocket. I also have a Asahi Pentax Spotmatic F with several lenses, but I rarely use it any longer, the film situation being what it is. I had a Nikon Photomic FTn that I loved, although it weighed a ton, that was stolen while I was in Stockholm in 1971. To this day, I think it took the highest quality images I've ever managed. From what I've read about the Canon G1 X, it's an outstanding camera, as long as you are content not to have interchangeable lenses, which many of us have found to be a pain to carry around (in my case, been there, done that, and simply don't want the hassle any longer... heck, I may look into what you're getting, peleincubus). I think it's an excellent choice for the price. I still want to know what s land balla is using. I'll get a larger DSLR someday. I've been to Iceland for a brief time, and visited Beirut back when it was "the Paris of the Middle East." s land balla's images reminded me of that. That was a long time ago.
"easiest women in the world" ? Apparently they are still having trouble shaking that title off. From what I've heard they are supposed to be extremely beautiful/pleasant.
yeah the camera was $800 plus not that long ago. and on google its dropped to $560. i just cant do the lenses on a vacation/travel. i like to carry on because of many reasons and it would be too big for that.
