Houston going for one more star?

    If you watch the press conference you should notice Daryl talking about going for one more star when the time is right. I am not sure if he ment future preference as in the coming years or right now. I got the vibe the way he answered as he literally ment this season and soon at that.

    And who would it be? I was thinking Josh Smith, Paul millsap and al jefferson. Considering those have been rumored many times before. Obviously I feel there looking for a power forward or small forward. I have doubts on small forwards though mostly because I think Houston likes the idea of a bigger man who can dominate downlow, but I know a SF like Rudy Gay is a guy Houston has really liked. Then again I just can't see Memphis getting rid of him for some of Houston pieces so I am really intrigued for who they might try to get. Any thoughts of who they might be after? or who we could realistically get?

    Please god I do not want Morey to pay Smith the max. Would prefer Millsap and most definitely Demarcus Cousins if we could somehow pull that off.

    Lemarcus Aldridge? Not a total KD but he has some similiar Attributes if not better in some areas.

    Rudy Gay seems to make the most sense to me. Memphis will look for cap relief and young talent if they fall apart this season. Rockets can give them Parsons, a young PF, and future draft picks.

    Aldridge is under contract until 2015. Not sure the Rockets have much that Portland would be interested in, but they did draft Oden over Durant. Kinda like drafting Bowie over Jordan.

    Paul is underrated and he averaged 16 ppg last year with good rebounds. and hes a good defender. But hes not a star thats true. I was looking into getting josh smith. I mean c'mon. You can tell the guy wants out of Atlanta and he refused to re-sign with them. My prediction? I think we get Smith at the trade deadline

    Like the idea, but I feel like Terrance Jones might be comparable to a young J-Smoove. I'd rather see if he can develop into a quality starter than throw away more a$$ets talent trying to acquire Smith.
