The Obama response to the Romney ad.

Say what you want, one thing democrats have learned after Rove is you hit back hard. Love it.

I don't think the issue is so much undecided voters but soft support voters on either side. I suspect while many have made up their minds there are probably enough voters on either side whose support is just soft enough that they could be swayed.

Absolutely - sorry, I just think of those people as undecideds. Basically, I think the people who are swayable at this point are more likely to be swayed by a hard-hitting ad than the media criticizing the hard-hitting ad. So I think those types of ads can still be effective even if the media disapproves of them.

I've seen quite a bit of the media calling out Mitt Romney. In fact, all I seem to ever hear from the media about Romney is what a flip flopper and liar he is.

Obama on the other hand, can, for example, flat out deny during a debate that he tried to keep US troops in Iraq (an obvious lie) and it goes completely unmentioned.

How many stories this week have you seen on Benghazi from the media other than fox news?

They are going into complete blackout until the election. They won't report anything that even remotely shows Obama in a negative light.

Luckily they have far less power than they use to.

Maybe it's Fox News is the only network that reports on nonsense conspiracy theories. And because the Romney campaign decided to shut up about it as soon as they learned that the Obama campaign was repeating what the CIA told them.

    Obama accepts money from Osama

Doesn't really say if they tried it on Romney's site or what the result was. Makes it kinda fishy.

What exactly was illegal about it? It was made by an American and used an American address and an American credit card. There's nothing illegal about making contributions from a Pakistani IP address - do you think Americans living abroad shouldn't be allowed to donate to campaigns?

I didn't say it was illegal. Nor did the article. They were showing how easy it is to illegally donate to the Obama campaign and suggesting it's not as easy to do so with Romney.

How does the Obama campaign know it was made by an American? And it wasn't an American address. It was a fake address. There is no 'Jihad Way'.

Who gives a f*** about polls anyway?

Hell, you might get a large part of the electorate unable to even vote on Election Day thanks to this storm.

And they can't really take any reliable polls right now either.

Oh, by the way, the only way Romney wins Ohio is if the storm only affects the Cleveland area; but even then, the President will know where to send the out-of-state power company workers to get the electricity going again, so....
