This is what I wanted. It wouldn't have been as fun if the Giants blew the Cowboys out. There needed to be some serious heartbreak to make the loss really sting. Plus, I want Jason Garrett to return and make sure the Boyz stay mediocre-at-best for at least one more year.
10th fumble for Denver(none recovered), 12th straight game with a fumble. Oh, those poor Broncos with terrible luck! They're still the best, right ESPN?
So much for the NFC dominance... All the top teams from the NFC looked like trash save the Falcons. Rams, Redskins, and Saints all got rolled. Chicago barely beat the Panthers. Green Bay almost lost to the Jaguars. Both the Giants and the Cowboys looked very flawed.
While that may be true, Atlanta, Chicago, NYG, and GB all won, so nobody is going to dethrone them just yet. However, if people are going to talk about consistency on a week to week basis, the only three teams that can even enter the conversation are the Falcons, Texans, and Bears.
