Agreed. He clearly did not like feeling like a chess piece and nothing more and who can blame him? Morey was just doing his job and the NBA is a business, but that can't be fun.

I think I'm with most here when I say that I like the trade, but I think the Rockets will have to do more (or have White or Jones blow up) to become anything close to a contender. Right now, they are just a playoff team. I'll certainly take that over the alternative and it's a move in the right direction, but this move alone doesn't quite get this team to where we all want it to be.

All in all, good move. I'm excited for the start of the season.

That would be like trying to explain to someone how a basketball is round. I you don't know now you will never understand.

That would be one intimidating defensive front court

If you are asking this question, the answer is no, no one can explain to someone who obviously doesn't know anything about the sport of basketball how Harden is any good.

We could have signed Brian Cook and CF would have treated it as if he were a super star. It's Clutchfans Law.

You think Martin and Lamb will push them over the edge and win the Finals?

Toronto pick is the wild card, Toronto can be a lottery team but they can be a fringe playoff team also. Don't think they will be one of the worst teams.

So he didn't start very many games, but he played starter's minutes and closed those games out. WTF does it matter whether he got a start on a stat sheet or not?

He's welcomed to visit but he can't play basketball here. It's a new policy.

I actually think this will be seen as a huge plus for the Rockets around the league. They traded Martin away, yes, but they traded him to a clear contender and a great situation to be in. It's like a huge favor to Martin as it gives him a chance to compete for a championship.

It also adds a legit all star-level player, who could potentially show himself to be a superstar, to the team and makes the Rockets a much more attractive free agent destination in that regard.

The best thing is no more confusion during games when the coach is yelling for Jeremy.
