It basically all depends on the Raptors and how they finish. A late lotto pick this year means the Rockets did well. If the raptors make the playoffs and then :implode in 2015 or something and get a high pick it looks much worse.

Overrated for young talent. Weak trade, but that's to be expected by our organization. Way to shoot for mediocrity, yet again.

well the media was calling the beard a superstar so they better still treat him like one..this means everything in the nba i.e. getting to foul line when the invisible defender strikes.

There, Morey gambled for our franchise player

Harden is already or can become a low tier franchise player.

Just saw we included the 2 lotto picks. A little shocking. I doubt OKC could have gotten more than Lamb, Martin's expiring and just 1 pick. Wow. Makes me wonder just a little if Morey is giving up on that championship or bust goal and settling for putting together a really good team as opposed to a potentially great team. Looking into it a bit much and I still like the trade but yeah, just a smidge over the top I think. If I was an OKC homer I'd be satisfied with the haul.

Completely caught off guard by this trade! Clearly we gave up a lot... too much really, but do what you gotta do.

That being said I'm really excited about this trade. Rockets should be able to compete a little this season... At the very least they will be exciting to watch.

harden was closing games. coming off the bench doesn't mean much considering okc's circumstances. besides, he was a much better ball handler and decision maker than westbrook.

    SMDH. HOW?!?!?!?!?

Our roster so far is at best a 7th/8th seed, and we would get smashed by the lakers / thunder in the first round.

    We need another MAJOR move.

Harden is a great trade bro! We don't know if Lamb will pan out, although the potential is definitely there. We know Martin is bolting after the season. The Mavs pick will probably not be a lottery pick, I doubt they will be that bad for that long to get a lottery pick out of them. The Toronto pick, I'm not even sweating it. The way they are looking, that pick might end up being a lottery but in the 10-14 range, which isn't great for us.

Overall, very happy with this trade. So excited!
