this is the definition of being defensive, idiot. How much money do you make again vs the w****?

    This is too easy.

    1. You asked me how much I made. I answered and now you're throwing out names and dismissing my answer because it doesn't fit what you thought it was going to be.

    2. You made a thread asking for opinions. I gave my opinion. I'm not the only one that thinks your friends girl is a w****.

But your opinion was based on nothing except the time that passed since her husband's passing and her marriage. As has been pointed out, you don't know what was said or agreed upon in the last months of the husband's life. You don't know what the husband's wishes were.

the next trap in reeling in a troll after getting them to respond defensively is to get them to get all logical and talking semantics...with bullet points. This means they know they lost and are trying to recover by portraying themselves as a concerned poster...ie, not a troll.

I don't think you understand, troll. I had these responses of yours planned out well in advance the moment you called my friend's widow a w****. That was a mistake. You are an amateur at this...I am a '99er...give up.

    this is too easy

lol clutchcity vernacular clearly states that 'next' should be in all uppercase. Mango knows this too.

You know I love you heyp, but I am leaning towards ambitious selfish blasphemous *almost* w****. Natasha is not too high on my list right about now.

^got it...that's cool. not really looking for anything more than sharing this story with my buds in Houston.

well, she's high on my list. take that for what it's worth.

and no..."next" is never in all caps...too much work, goes against the whole point of dismissing someone.

I fail to see why your friend's job and salary is relevant at all to the topic being discussed OP. It's neither here nor there and the way it is brought up seems like you're trying to raise her worth as a person.

A+ post in a C thread. Hachiko is one of the best emotional movies ever.

uh, because she was being attacked as a w**** and a Russian mail-order bride.

I was somewhat stunned that the first page turned out the way it did with everyone attacking her. I thought ppl would trust my opinion about my friends more than that. In person, they do.

My take on this is my first thought was about the new guy, like, "What's up dude...a rebound...in 3 months...really. That works for you?"

it took 4 pages before the dude's motives even got discussed. what's up with that CF.net...women phobia or something. attacking the woman without discussing the dude's role here and whether you would have proposed like he did.

Yeah, this is a C thread in the sense there are no women chiming in.

C thread....no worries. Glad you read my friend's story. cheers

The fact that your friend is a woman is irrelevant as well.

If it were a dude who lost his wife and remarried after 3 months I'd doubt the reaction here would be any different.

Seriously you're just trying too hard. It's not us being hateful, it's you being too defensive about this friend of yours.

the selfish starve for a baby thing is pretty lame you have to admit.I mean sorry how dare your friend go off and die and not consider that she needs to have a baby.

also its way too soon to be tasteful in anyones book. 3 months? come on. She should have gotten nut from a sperm bank if she was that eager. Methinks she has been f**ucking this dude for a long long time. This is stinky. and if she is sexing while your friend was dying then I dont know what to say man but that it 'ain't cool man'

and who cares what the dude thinks. Of course dude is trying to get laid. I wouldnt want my wife banging that dude when I die btw. I do not approve of the way the guy looks. I mean I guess I cant pick who my wife will bang when I croak, but I can tell you I wouldnt want him to look like the hoff.

lol you make those "suitors" sound like gold diggers. do guys really care how much a woman makes? I know I don't. I don't think most do. We aren't shallow in that way like women are. :p

i can sorta give this girl the benefit of the doubt b/c of 2 possibilities......first, not everyone needs extended periods of time to grieve and get over the death of a loved one.....some of us (myself included) recover remarkably quickly to move on and others even view death as an welcome escape from this wretched planet.......secondly, there are women out there who really do need a baby and need to be a parent ASAP just to feel normal and complete as a person, as this girl could just be one of those

Thanks for sharing the story....but man...it is what it is. I can't imagine everyone agreeing on this one. Three months is tough to swallow. She is NOT a w**** because she moved on too quick, and she may have been a faithful wife. The only thing that's questioning here is if her love and care for your buddy (RIP) was true.

To some, 3 months is like an eternity. Maybe she is the type that deals with the 5 stages of grieving quicker than the average human being. This has got to be some kind of record.

FYI, her income does not have to be brought up to validate if she is a good person or not. This could happen to anyone who is rich, middle class, or poor. I'm sure you know that she is a good person and that's all that matters.

I hope I never catch someone like her. I'd be horrified if my wife was cheating on me while I was dying of cancer.

She stuck with him through cancer.

Is it a little quick? Maybe, maybe no.

But people sure are quick to judge.

I know someone that got married to another person 3 or 4 months after a spouse passed away after a long fight with a terminal disease many years back. The people who got married after the death were having an affair the whole time. Bad **** really caught up to them both many years later after they divorced in really ironic ways.

Not saying that's the case here but just reminded me of a similar story I was privy to. Best of luck to them in a new life.
