    Shouldn't it be

18 Men Enter; 14 Men Fly Away and 1 rides a bus

    or more accurately

18 Men Enter; 3 Men Leave by bus

He was supposed to be not happy to be traded to the Rockets and wanted out anyway.

Lets go ahead and cut the dead weight known as Machado. Everyone was on his proverbial sack, minus me of course, and I was proven RIGHT once again on my talent evaluations.

    My prediction...

Final 3 cuts: Johnson, Brockman, and Smith.

    To DL: Machado, White, Lamb

12-man roster going into the season:

    Lin/Livingston/Douglas
    Martin/Delfino
    Parsons/Forbes
    Jones/Dmo/Morris
    Asik/PPat

Brock, Forbes and and ? JJJ? But, JJJ has some talent, size, and contract positives.

He looked good at times, definitely not as bad as you're making him out to be. He'll probably make the team too.

Machado is consistently good in offense so far, and consistently bad in defense as well. The dude doesnt have confidence issue, he has an ego issue. I dont see DL play will improve his defensive game.

Man, his assist numbers are so impressive, but he was giving equal number of easy scoring to other teams at the same time.

Hopefully we can pick up a second rounder or two.

    KEEP Livingston.

    CUT Forbes.

I posted this when everyone here was so hyped on Machado and seemed, at the time, no one noticed Livingston was on Rockets roster.

I said it before that any rookie who can not play defense and hold his own is not NBA ready.
All three on my DL list are not NBA ready. They all have potential and instead of playing a few minutes in garbage time in NBA, DL is a better alternative. Go there and focus on their defensive skills.

Forbes,Brock,JJJ will be cut. Machado goes to the D-league. He's young and already has great court vision. He will be the future backup. Needs to work on his shot and defense. Mostly his defense. Would be ridiculous to part ways with him when he has already shown that he can dish as good as anyone. Just needs to learn to defend.

Brockman and JJJ are as good as gone. It's between Machado and Smith for that last cut IMO. Smith fills a positional need so the last cut is Machado if it were up to me.

Douglas, Livingston and Forbes have shown good play and I think have earned spots.

My first thought was Machado due to Livingston's strong showing, but then I read this thread and changed my vote to Douglas. Livingston can be backup PG, Machado is a better 3rd PG than Douglas, and Lamb and Delfino can be 2nd and 3rd SG, leaving Douglas without a spot.
