Obviously, Lin was so busy making money during the Asian tour (spent one whole month) that he forgot to work on his weakness: 1. Outside shooting 2. pass in traffic.

Very shortsighted moves by him and his marketing team. I am disappointed. He will pay the price this season.

 

Some ppl are Lin-bashing. But facts are facts, he hasn't been great. He's had good games. But at the same time, he's had really bad games too where he's making bad decisions and shooting worse. I'm not saying he should be given up on. But I am disappointed when he can't seem to shoot and still loses the ball in traffic. I acknowledge that some of it isn't his fault (esp. when picks aren't being set properly) and he's actually playing good-to-great defense. That said, I am disappointed. Sorry for having high expectations - I am a fan.

 

Lin had the same shooting coach pre-Linsanity during the lockout. What's your point?

 

Played like he was the 4th overall Pick.

 

He doesn't have one. He's just scraping bottom in trying to defend Lin in absurd ways.

 

I don't think guys like you, teebone, and noon understand the game of basketball. I'm willing to bet that beyond telling Lin not to jump in the air when driving to create something, the coaching staff is very pleased with Lin and the win tonight.

Why are people so obsessed with wanting to see Lin fail? We won the game. We won the last game. Where's the excitement? You think that their defense is gonna start sucking all of a sudden once the regular season comes around? Shots come and go, defense is where you make your bed. And Lin is doing a heck of a job doing that.

So, Lin, not able to hit a shot forces to get himself going.. So freakin what?! He's doing the other things that is leading to wins and guess what, the shots are gonna come bacc.

At first, it was he can't go left to save his life. Then, it was his poor defense. Now, it's his poor shooting. Next game, if he scores 30, you're going to say that he was selfish.

You youngsters gotta learn the game of basketball better.

When his jumpers are falling, he can have a night like he did against Lakers. But if they don't fall, he tends to force things by driving like a deer into the oncoming truck. Opposing teams are not going to let him do what he did last year, so he better take short jumpers and keep them honest. I still have confidence in his passing but I am afraid that when his offense stalls, he will force things and make bad plays.

go **** yourself honestly, this is a discussion forum where we talk about positives and negatives of players. If you gonna b**** about any negative thing said about certain players you should just leave and join a fan club somewhere and circlejerk about how much of a GOAT Lin is.

 

Royce White does not play that well tonight. His timing is off by 1/2 second.

 

Rockets game stream wasn't the best...and the stream of the Lakers Clippers game is almost HD.

 

he wasnt a great shooter during linsanity, either.

 

Meh team is meh.

 

We need to turn up the suckage. Trade Kevin Martin and let Lin guide this tank.
