We're trying to make hang our hat on DEFENSE, Lin's leading the charge up top and creating a mood of disruption... He's playing a team game and getting penetration. What is it with you guys and not being satisfied until Lin has a 20 and 10 game??

As long as we're talking about preseason performances:
    Dragic: 8.5pts/5.3ast/1.8reb/0.8stl/2.5to
    Lin: 5.8pts/6.5ast/2.0reb/0.8stl/2.2to

I noticed this from the first preseason game, but Lin was never a great shooter even with Knicks. He supposedly worked on his jump shots during summer, but his offense truly stinks so far. Of course, we know preseason games don't count but unless he can shoot, his per game average is going to be 6 points. No way he can drive against tall centers and score now that they are looking out for him. He cannot do the same thing as he did last year. Also, although Kmart is a good shooter a lot of times he holds onto the ball too long and kills the ball movement and then when he doesn't have a shoot, tries to force it. You can't blame Kmart for not passing to Lin too much because Lin keeps on missing shots. If Lin can consistently knock down open jump shots, Kmart would pass to him more often. I don't see a good chemistry between Kmart and Lin.

Lin's D is not bad, pretty decent; it's his shooting that stinks so far. However, since preseason games don't count, let's give him a benefit of doubt and see how he does during regular games.

Are you kidding me? The team looks like they'll be 4-1 with Lin up top and all you see are negatives? The team is just getting together for the first time with a bunch of rookies, relax and throw away the hate shates, yeah?

Kevin Martin never had chemistry with anybody in his whole career.

Davis is really good defensively. He is altering so many shots. Very impressed by him. I love Jones his hustle oh man. Patterson better heal up quick otherwise Jones may take his starting spot. Jones has no fear at all.

I like how the coaches are getting heated on the sidelines because our guards aren't protecting the paint. Try playing players in their actual positions.

Incompetence from the front office down.

    Lin's averaging 2.5 steals not .8 lol.

Lots of people are playing like garbage, it's preseason. Did you see Harden last night? What was he 2-18?

yes. Lin is trying to lead the youngster by example.. playing good D, being unselfish, and hustling. instead these guys want a point guard that chucks and plays no defense? i guess scoring is everything around here.
