I get the first part of your post, the part I bolded, except for "to validate doing nothing with your life." As a participant in that lifestyle, I can assure you that plenty of us weren't "validating doing nothing with our lives." There is a lot of truth to the rest of it. I also agree with the current bizarre state of human romantic relationships, bizarre at least to me. I think far too many people are playing that game. And maybe that's OK. It wouldn't be to me, but I'm from a different era, one best represented by your description of a part of the counter culture of the 1960's. I knew that aspect of it, although that was only part of what we were doing, what we were interested in. And I get how there are women of a certain social class, and a certain level of beauty, that expect a certain type of man, a certain level of treatment from men. You aren't wrong there. When I was much younger, I knew women like that. We didn't get along for more than a brief time, simply being too different, but I knew them. Having said that, deli girl dancer sounds like someone I would like. I've had relationships like that. You could have left out the yacht, though. It sounds pretentious.
I prefer something like - fictionalizing from a subterranean additional habitation beneath mothers occupancy
Hey I didn't read anything in this thread. Saw the OP and title and figured it was complete s***. Will read if someone tells me I am mistaken.
just like on yahoo, the comments are more entertaining than the article (or initial post in this case)
no, Macbeth at least tried to attempt to portray himself like he wasn't a huge and complete tool, which is Ronny's schtick. and honestly, Macbeth's stories were much more amusing.
If that's the case, i'm even more impressed w/his command of english (seriously..."insouciance"!). Bravo re kamaki!
