Tell that to the victims of 9/11, 7/7, the bombings in Madrid, etc. etc.

And ATW is doing his part in combating this HUGE THREAT TO ALL OUR LIVES by incessantly posting about it on a Rockets message board. That's certainly making me feel safer from this HUGE THREAT TO ALL OUR LIVES.

Can I just say, as somebody who is living in London now, this news is scaring/comforting at the same time. At least I know the police are doing their jobs, yet at teh same time, the fact people still want to carry these out....

    Thank you for your comment.

May I ask, since you actually live in the country and can give a first hand account of what is truly going on in Britan, is the 'Asian' (Islamic) issue as bad as the media makes out. For instance is it safe for non-Muslims to walk with their girlfriends in Tower Hamlets, Blackburn, Bradford, Luton or Dewsbury?

Are there 'sharia' enforced no go areas that are basically Muslim only?

How do the 'Asians' treat the English girls?

    Thank you.

You should not attempt sarcasm when you are too intellectually challenged to do it.

I will quote your post at the appropriate time.

I'm genuinely curious if you do anything about it other than post on a basketball message board.

What would you expect me to do? And about what exactly?

I want world peace, and no intolerance. I talk about that on a message board.

I want the Rockets to play better. I talk about that on a message board.

I assume you would like the same.

What do you "do about it", other than to post on a message board?

Why? I never said it wasn't a threat.

I can tell anyone that it isn't a high level of a threat though. That's the truth. Whether individual victims will feel their pain any less is certainly doubtful. But the higher threats of violent crime, drunk driving, other driving incident, bone cancer, rectal cancer, lung caner, breast cancer, natural disaster, etc. don't go away just because there are some victims in the western world of extremist terrorism.

Now if you want to pretend like the threat is higher than it really is, then that's up to you. Though it must be a sad world for you if you want to do that.

Maybe if you sit in your backwater school somewhere on the countryside in Alabama or Arkansas, getting on students' nerves, picking lice from your hippie braids and smelling your stinky Birkenstock sandals, typing away stupid stuff on this message board - you don't perceive much of a threat.

When you fly a lot, like I do, you are affected by the threat every time you fly - as much as I dislike TSA type people - take them away and you will quickly see what will happen - planes will come down again.

Lol, they all look the same. No offense to mathloom and adeelsiddiqui but when has being in a room with a balding guy with a huge beard and dumb eyes ever resulted in a joyous occassion?

15000 kids die everyday from starvation, more than the 9/11,7/7, madrid and any other terrorist threat. You have to put things into perspective. I believe the US spends way too much on fighting the boogey man. All that money should be spend on fixing the economy.
