Here is how I would rank the coaches: 1A/1B/1C - Popovich/Thibodeau/Adelman - all excel in different facets of the game, but all have the full respect of their players 2 - Rivers - great motivator, team lost some of its identity when Thibodeau left in 2010, but still has respect of players 3A/3B - Carlisle/Williams - great at coaching under difficult circumstances, command respect in locker room, have some minor flaws 4 - Collins - known as a teacher, will not hesitate to play a limited veteran over a unproven youngster however 5 - Karl - will lose his temper from time to time, but otherwise seems almost too detached 6 - Brown - did Rosen honestly believe that just anyone could have gotten close to 70 wins out of the Cavs that one season? 7 - Vogel - did an amazing job helping the Pacers dig out of the rubble of the Carlisle/Brown era, but is he the coach to potentially lead them back to the Finals? 8 - Casey - not his fault he had to work with a ****** roster in Minnesota, highly regarded as a teacher 9 - Dunlap - will yell at players when necessary, but hard to tell what path his NBA coaching career will take at this point everyone else has some noticeable flaw holding them back
Meh, Bleacher Report BS. Charley Rosen calling out another guy for having a cynical attitude is rich.
