Did you send them a copy of your statement showing you bought LP? I had to do it twice; for whatever reason they totally ignored the one I attached when I created the ticket, so I had to re-send. Also, someone else filed a ticket and NBA said they were testing the video feeds for BB (check earlier page of this thread; there's a screenshot) and that's why it wasn't working. BTW, pre-season games are not officially covered by LP. Thank goodness NBATV picked up Sunday's game against the Spurs.
Got the 119.99 broadband package, I'm a Nerd/EX-Ballplayer plus 120 for the entire season(5 teams is all I have time to follow) plus my monthly broadband is cheaper than adding a xfinity cable and 200 dollars.
I couldn't get this game either. I thought it might be a rights issue when the game is broadcasted on another station, am not sure. I read somewhere that we would get an archive of the game after it's done which is not the case here. I'm disappointed
Yeah, I sent a PDF file of my september bill, but no response, this was thursday evening. I go through it every year, they need a better system, it's horrible.
yeah, i was asking a question, they replied it but i resubmit a ticket(need further info) and they still did not reply.where's the consumer support forum btw?
I called directv last week and they told me that preseason was not included. but I am able to see some of the games, just not all of them
For people who are interested in getting LP w/ a discount, here is a code you can use: NBA League Pass Promo Code - NBAP15GTX354 If this expired already, you can check here to see if there are any new codes available: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/deals/nba.com
That's the problem, all they have is NBA.com FAQ with troubleshooting questions answered, and a 1-800 numbers for Mon-Fri AM-7PM Eastern I believe. Seems there is no online chat like you see with some TV, Phone or others types of providers.
There is chat available for League Pass M-F 7am-7pm ET. I found on on Friday that Broadband only covered the OKC game as a test of the system. Rest of preseason is not covered. http://leaguepasssupport.nba.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=7801
not sure,i'm testing some games rit now,and the suns vs blazers game is working for ILP. Nets game still not working.not sure why tho. hits of nostalgia when seeing the suns tho.
Okay. I can confirm now. Got my ILP and watched it on sunday, it does not contain commercials during timeouts. No pre-game, post-game interviews(sucks), and the game starts off just a min before tip off. If anyone thinking of getting ILP and wanted all of the above, your better off with Satellites.
Since I live in Germany all the west coast games are really late... Any tips for east coast teams that should be fun to follow? I don't like Miami, Boston or the Knicks... I was really looking forward to the Timberwolves (never thought I'd say that) - but with the injuries to Rubio and love they are a lot less exciting. So which other teams should be interesting?
Yeah,it's dissapointing to me as well, but since i may miss out a few weeks long of matches live so I cant complain much
I don't know if this is against rules, if so please delete, but I have been authorized, can view it and everything. If you or anyone is interested let me know.
i was able to login i activated my LP w/ directv on monday not having any issues -- I have had LP for several years though (but I did not renew last season I had very little time to watch games and I did not want to pay full price for a shortened season)
Just got it...watching Heat vs Boston at the moment in HD. I couldn't watch a season in crusty feeds.
I was going to, but when I learned home games are not included I decided against it. I want to watch all 82 games.
