i just signed up the international league pass till now they didn't post if there gonna be new features- the lack of info is not expected from premium product with high price wish they were give us 4500 kbps feed like nfl gamepass where is the support? i have sent 3 e mails in the last 4 days and got no answer did it happen to you too? btw, can you watch the schedule of the nba tv international broadcast? if yes i'll be glad to get a link thank you

They took about 7 days to process my request to activate my league pass after sending them my cable company's bill to prove i subscribe.
Anybody getting this, for those that already signed up for early bird league pass through their cable/satellite company ? Makes it seem as if they will be showing pre-season games. But I thought they didn't ?
Is League Pass broadband not loading at all for anyone else tonight? Tried opening it on 3 different computers with different browsers and am just getting a blank white window each time.
Got a response from LP support: "Dear Customer, Thanks for contacting NBA League Pass Broadband. We apologize for any inconvenience this maybe causing you. NBA League Pass Broadband does not include the NBA Preseason Games. NBA League Pass Broadband will officially launch, and the video player enabled on October 30, 2012. " This despite the fact that it worked just fine last night and they took money out of my acct on Oct 1st. Bastards.
Yea I was quite surprised that LP was showing preseason games yesterday. I guess they can't get it to filter out international LP (who get preseason) and US-based LP users (who don't get preseason).
AstroRocket you're saying League Pass Broadband worked for you last night through nba.com? are you on the choice plan or following all 30 teams? I can't get into my acct to choose my teams until the season starts. but I was also charged the $120 around Oct 1st
Yep, I'm on the Choice plan too and it was definitely working last night. I guess they messed up or something.
I purchased League Pass Broadband to watch the preseason game, saw preseason wasn't covered and immediately cancelled. that explains a lot why i get preseason(ilp).still i cant log into the nba tv app.i havent enquire yet but i suspected that either the app hasnt officially launched(app in play store launch date is around may)or we who lived overseas are not eligible for the app.
Folks were getting preseason games from last year's subscription. They "fixed" it so that we can no longer see the games. We will have to wait until this year's subscription activates.
I don't see the big deal. it's preseason. and I don't remember getting preseason games with Broadband in the past. why cancel because of it? their customer service has always sucked.
Just got NBA LP Broadband, when do you pick your 5 teams? and thoughts on other teams to pick im think Knicks, Lakers, Heat, OKC, and of course the Rockets.
If you take those team, you won't benefit much from the subscription as these teams have by far the most nationally televised games. OKC is a good choice as is the MEMPHIS because both teams play an exciting brand of basketball. Then, Rockets And finally I'd probably go with Cleveland (to watch Kyrie Irving) and NO (to watch Anthony Davis). OKC Memphis Rockets Cleveland NO
So I have League Pass Broadband but I still haven't been able to find where to start it up and pick my teams. Do we just have to wait until the first game tomorrow? You could pick your teams before the season started in years past so that's why I'm wondering.
yeah it is.. you may get an occasional buffer.. but should be good enough.. just don't download or do anything else while watching the game though
