i'm getting the point that, **** it, if the majority don't believe in equality and a real vision for the future, we're ****ed and so be it. i live in a bubble called nyc and we'll be fine. we're gonna end up the germany of the united states. i want to risk the present on the future, i don't care about making it attractive for businesses to start or come here. we need to balance the budget but i don't think that's the priority right now. it's stupid to change direction right now. the economy will get worse if romulan gets elected. trust me.
just to take one example from your post, how many "immigrants" has Obama deported, relative to his predecessors? i would note for the record, despite your (purposeful?) formulation above, what's at issue is the deportation of illegal immigrants.
