Mr. Obama has been steadfast and resolute in his response. You and the idiots you cut and paste from were looking for any opening on a foreign policy issue and you took the first thing that came along. Hell even Romney embarrassed himself with a statement before he even knew what was going on. Romney made this a political football not the President.

 

For the record I understand what he meant and believe it is being taken out of context (like everything regarding Romney and Obama). But what's up with the immediate deflection and reverse? I wonder if it had been someone besides Basso who had posted this - would you have simply admitted it's an odd thing to say, or just stayed out entirely?

Both sides of the presidential race are straining at gnats. Obama's "optimal" misstatement and Romney's "binders" moment are truly insignificant in the big debate issues of big government, burdensome debt, government spending, tax and election reform, foreign policy, etc. I hope both sides start looking long and hard at both the donut and the hole.

 

In this case, he is actually pointing a finger at himself. HE IS MAKING A SELF CRITCISM for his team.
