I wish we could trade Patterson for a legit backup center. Start Jones and move Motiejunas to the backup PF role.

For Lamb, the only way I see this happening is if they use similar sets to Kmart to get him shots. He is either playing way too passive or has nothing else to his game than jumpshots. He needs to start attacking if he doesn't have an open shot. Show some fire.

Jones has been a pleasant surprise. I'll hold my tongue on hoping he's a star but I will say Ppat's starting role is in jeopardy.

Lamb is jammed up because he's heard all the criticism from McHale about his D. He's trying to play perfect on D, trying to remember everything, trying to be perfect...which he simply can't be right now on D. He's not physically able to do it and he doesn't have the experience to play D instinctively. It's so bad that he's forgotten he has a dribble and he can drive with the basketabll on the other end.

Just a part of the young player NBA torture they all go through. It's gonna take a while.

Terrence Jones has Mike Tyson Syndrome: having a much higher pitched voice than his appearance lead you to believe he has. It is rather creepy, but he seems to be a good guy and a good player, in his own creepy way.

    T-Jones = versatile > one dimension = White/Lamb

He's definitely the most nba ready of the 3, but Lamb has me very excited, and Royce could too, but with the distractions, and having seen him play fewer minutes, it's hard to put him on the level of lamb and jones. I think many of us agree that these three rooks have a lot of early potential. We won't compete ffor another couple off years, but this is the kind off rebuilding that we hoped ffor.

Here we go again, started with Kelvin Cato, Bryce Drew, Bosjan Nachbar, V-Span, Arron Brooks, Kyle Lowry, Carl Landry... the list goes on.

If these players were as good as they are hyped up then why arent they all stars? Why cant we make the playoffs? Why arent they all stars on different teams?

Just like world powers have fallen in the past in a very similar way to United States with history repeating itself, so will some clutchfans posters repeat the process of over hyping players.

Jones could of been a top 10 pick if he played with lesser talent at Kentucky. I think in his freshman year, he was a beast and could of been easily a high lotto pick in the 2011 draft. But he stayed because I think he wanted to have a chance to play with Davis and MKG.

So in his sophomore year, he had a lot of talent around him with AD, MKG, Teague so his stats didn't improve much because he deferred a lot of his game to the other players on the team and basically played the energizer role that did all the dirty work for the team in order for the Cats to win it all. I think if he didn't have all the other talent around him, and played to his full potential in his 2nd year, he will be a top 10...

Jones is a goofy guy but the thing I like about him is he's goofy off the court but his demeanor change when the game starts. I think when he played against NO, he was talking to Anthony Davis and he was saying to Davis " Elbow me, Elbow me please" with a weird innocent look on his face...

The funny thing is, him and Anthony Davis was talking to each other about the game plan and McHale kinda b**** at him and Davis telling them never to talk about the game plan with another player on a different team...haha
