When Wade's knees fail him, and Bosh begins to give Jamison-like flashbacks, LeBron will look to greener pastures. Or rather, golden lights.

    @Benito
You want LeBron and Howard to team up, and mostly likely recruit Love and Jennings, to dominate the NBA?

LeBron and Howard with a lot of older veterans I'm fine with. If Love wants to take less than the max? Fine. Love at less than max + Howard and another Max player is already scary.

the only way this is a consideration is if D-Wade's knees deteriorate to a point where it's Cleveland-2.
even in that case, if the Lakers end up winning a title vs. the Heat this year or the next, I doubt LeBron would join them.

Doubtful this happens, but if it does, I will ditch the NBA just I did MLB a few years ago.

They might as well trade Mike Brown for Pat Riley as coach.

If this happens the NBA wouldn't be fun to watch anymore

If Wade and Bosh decline earlier than expected (and Wade is already showing some signs), Lebron will return to Cleveland to team up with Kyrie. That's the only team he will leave Miami for.

By then, Kyrie will be a top 7 player.

Now it all makes sense why Lebron is learning a Kareem Sky Hook.

Also, this assumes the Next MJ isn't in the league by then.

Um they already have DH, Pau Gasol, Nash and Kobe on the same team. I don't see how DH, Nash, LBJ is gonna be any different LOL.

The Lakers have the best of both worlds, they have the biggest markets while having a great FO. I wouldn't be surprised if LBJ goes there, Pat Riley may be a genius but he works his players like dogs, look how Wade is breaking down when he's drafted the same year as James.

Love to the Lakers is very real.

We have a better chance of drafting Andrew Wiggins than we do of signing Lebron James outright.

I think the Dwight situation changed the paradigm in the NBA alongside the new CBA. These guys aren't going to be able to be traded without agreed to contact extensions and they have no reason to agree to an extension when they can sign outright for at least an extra year or two years if they re-sign with current team.

Cap space is the top basketball commodity for the next few seasons.

LBJ, Pau, CP3, Howard would contain 3 of the top 5 players in the nba right now.
    Its quite different.
The Lakers right now are good but very beatable. Nash and Kobe are very old and a shell of their former selves at this age. DH is coming off back injury. Pau has just come off a fairly poor season.

It's not really fun to watch now. My decision to phase out how much basketball I watched in lieu of other interests is becoming more and more justified with every transaction that's made. Pretty soon, they're just gonna need to call it ECWCBA (East Coast/West Coast Basketball Association) since that's all David Stern, the media, and casual fans want anyways.

Yep. Pat Riley is building a machine. LeBron is going to win 7-8 championships in Miami. Not leaving.

LeBron will handle the ball. Kobe and Jennings will be the scorers. Love and Howard will handle the paint.

    They'd go 77-5.
