Yep. Jump shots are easy to get back on track. The rest of his game isn't looking too bad. I think, more than anything, that it's more him trying to fit his game to McHale's system. It'll take some time.

Conley has always been a good defensive guard.

Looks like McHale is testing if this could be his regular rotation and sub pattern

Lin's doing a good job. Of course he can improve his shooting but otherwise solid.

PPat still doesn't like contact. That's fine as long as his jumpers go in, but what if they're not?

TJones looks more comfortable inside, more aggressive. His jumper is sweet too

At this point i think he'd be happy to TO the ball if he could get his offense going, i think it's more him being concerned and confused with his finishing ability at the moment. Hes used to being able to finish through anything.

Actually, not so sure about that.

    16:51 played
    2 points (1/4 fga, 0/2 fta), 3 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, 0 TO's, 1 PF

Playing for the Knicks, he usually was taking 15-20 shots per game... so I'm really wondering how much of that is him not having his shooting touch in form, and how much is McHale telling him to focus on passing so they can improve their chemistry.

Too hard to say given that it's the pre-season, but if Lin plays 25-30, he should be well past 10 assists... even if he didn't score another point that's ALOT of assists.

Given we know that Lin is a combo PG, it's a very unusual to see him not looking for his shot more.

Right after the buzzer both coaches went right to Lin, I guess to see how he's feeling.

Lin was icing his knee between the two periods too. They're really pampering that knee.

But Conley got Lin good though on that driving lay up. That was the only time I saw Lin get beat off the dribble otherwise solid defense. But other than that Lin has been solid. But once again it is pre-season. McHale and the coaching staff came to talk to him right before he went into the locker room cause he looked pretty frustrated. But **** Jones & Martin have been really good. Martin is playing hard for that contract. Once again this is pre-season so way to early.

Yeah, well, Calderon is known for having low turnovers and high assists. Doesn't really impact the games at all though.

Lin doesn't want to get pain anymore from knee injury. He safely plays for the regular season so he will not score if it's risk.

7 ast 0 turnovers that is very good. man

Sure his shot is flat, but he's had a really good game all around. Aside from the last play where Conley blew past him, his D has been pretty good. I'm liking his help D including the last Jones block where he came off his guy early to stall Randolph (I think) long enough for T-Jones to get the block.

Lin's handle is much better compared to last season.
