We all get it. If you think that's dumb, that's fine. Just don't talk trash about "putting your money where your mouth is" when you're asking them to put money on things their mouth clearly didn't say. In fact, it said the opposite.

There's a huge difference from people making a prediction and maning up vs. people who say "anything can happen". One person has sack, the other one doesn't.

We all know you hate the aggies so that make it even more humorous that you're in here trying to call me out for saying that they will lose this game.

Fair enough. I'm always willing to put my money up when this mob mentality calls me out every time I say something, but rarely do any of the mob man up with their own cash. They just talk. You're part of the mob, bro. In here defending the aggies chances. smh

I'm not calling you out for you thinking the Aggies are going to lose. I think nearly everyone thinks that. But, just like everyone else who discusses sports, aside from you apparently, there are people here who like to discuss how it's possible that the underdog might win.

I don't make predictions to be "bold". I make predictions if I think something will happen. If I have no idea what will happen, making a prediction about it would just be stupid.

I didn't jump on your case for making a prediction and putting money up on it. I jumped on your case for calling out people for not putting their money where their mouth was, when no one here claimed A&M was going to win. And then I did it again because you specifically called people out for that and then ran away when you were asked to put your money where your own mouth was. And then I jumped on your case a 3rd time for lying by saying that this started when someone else said the Aggies would win, despite them specifically saying they gave the Aggies a 35% chance to win in that very post.

    You don't know either?

One must understand that aggies tend to take songs & fight chants etc. pretty seriously, so I was just curious & thought someone here in the tamu fb thread might know. Back to the internet wagering!

So giving an opinion but stating it as a fact makes one have sack?

Do you really think your sport prediction abilities make you more of a man than everyone else?

Fellow Gaggies - I'm going to the game on Saturday if I can wake up at a decent hour to watch some SEC Football in my beloved state of Texas. I haven't been to a game since I was in college. How bad is traffic from Houston to CS on gameday and where do I park? I have a townhome up there, I can park there and cab it but... does College Station even have reliable cab service?

They have a shuttle bus that runs 3 hours prior to kickoff and 1 hour after the game(Post-Oak Mall). Or you can try visitor parking.

    See if this helps any.

Thanks a lot, much appreciated. Doesn't look too promising - anyone else have a life hack for this problem? Going to games is so difficult in that damn town! I should have went to UT.

I went to the Texas Game last year and didn't have much problem parking on West Campus. Plenty of Pay lots and you can get over there without having to hit the stadium traffic. Easy walk over to the stadium and you can stop at all the tailgate parties on the way.

I've been to Kyle the last two years for Mizzou at A&M. Add an extra 30 minutes to the usual Houston-to-CS time because there's a pretty bad backup where you exit 290 for 6. It's worst for 11 a.m. games because everyone is generally going at the same time. If you do end up running late, there are definitely gaps in the exit line you can cut in farther up... but it's best to leave early and try not to be that guy. ;) With the exception of that two-mile stretch, gameday traffic isn't bad at all.

As far as parking, I always park in the residential neighborhood just south of Kyle on the other side of George Bush Drive. It's free and no more than a 15-minute walk, max. It might be a bit more crowded for LSU, but I've never not been able to find parking, and it's not too difficult getting in.

How deep in the neighborhood do you go? Always figured they tow, cops and tow truck drivers love to play pee-pee games in that city.
