I have a feeling that sequences from Barwin leaping the center to Manning socking that dude ends up on cmon man.

The Manning thing was revisited and he was really just trying to get the dude off of himself because his knee was pinned underneath him.

Haha no, I just thought those penalties were dumb enough to make that segment. Like seriously, what explanation do you have for Barwin leapfrogging the center. I know those guys were at least coached on the rules of the game. I'm glad it didn't though cause it looks worse with those guys clowning on them.

Was that why? I think on my drive home Sunday night, Manning said on interview that he lost his temper.

yea his leg was being bent underneath and had a lineman sitting on top of him, probably why he lost his temper..

What's interesting about the call - the lineman did not react at all. He didn't retaliate, obviously - but he didn't even seem to be upset with Manning. Bottom of a pile, in close quarters and a guy is socking you in the head and you're not going to at least get up in his face and let him hear about it?

Makes me think Manning was loudly communicating pain and discomfort and that the hits were understood more as a "get off, get off!" Technically, still a penalty but kind of a crappy way to get one if the head blows weren't malicious.

It would piss me off as well because you know they do that on purpose as far as taking their sweet time to get up...just our time for everything to go against us...
