Given that Schaub has literally played every down of every game he's been healthy, including a 9-game stretch in which their average margin of victory hovered around 20 points, I would guess Kubiak was sending a pretty pointed message in Schaub's direction last night. He's been very average, if I'm being kind, these past two weeks. He needs to step it up.

Damn. If only we had more wins than loses....and tied for best record in the AFC. This 1 loss. Proves it all. Pack it up...who do we draft with the #1 pick? ....Packers played a damn near perfect game. Pin point accuracy by Rogers, who at time had all night to stand back there and throw.
I don't get all of these knee-jerk threads/reactions. Last year, through 6, we were 3-3. Granted we never lost the way we did last night, but the Packers game would have been much closer w/out all the boneheaded penalties. We still lose, but it wouldn't have been so ugly. Also, look back at our schedule: Miami - possible playoff team @ J'ville - not @ Denver - likely playoff team Tennessee - not @ NYJ - possible playoff team Packers - likely playoff team Yeah we've struggled these last 2 weeks, but we've handled our business against some pretty good opponents in tough environments thus far. We aren't overrated.
i like how all the local experts are stroking rodgers' penis. Watching football as long as anyone, I've seen an aging mark brunnell torture a defense that did not pressure him, a bust in smith(at the time) come in in the second half and bomb away for 300 yards on a defense that did not pressure him. It was just a terrible game by our texans on all fronts and if you can't protect or pressure then the result will be an arse kicking. I'm certain an 39 year vinny testaverde would have had the same success against us last night. the good thing about it..there is a game next week.
