This is true. I cant remember pulling out a win in that type of scenario since McNeil came in as a true freshman against OU and I'm not even sure what happened that game, I didn't watch it. When Evans made that catch I genuinely felt things were about to turn and they sure did. That 4th and inches stop - huge.
Awesome game . Don't know the last time I've seen a team turn the ball over 6 times and still win. The ole miss coach was an idiot for going for it on 4th,couldn't believe he just gave the game away like that.
If ou are going to have a bad game, it is best to do it against a team you can win against without playing your best. Time to fix these problems in practice.
Manziel keeps doing this pee-pee game where he runs 8-50 yards the wrong way from the line of scrimmage then darts back and runs for a first down... if he does this **** against Bama and/or LSU we're gonna get our dicks pushed in so far man... so far. Hope he learns how to play like a man when he gets to sit at the big boys table next week.
Since they have no chance to beat either team, Manziel may as well learn the hard way against Bama and LSU. It won't cost a thing.
I disagree, I think they can beat LSU since they're at home, the defense can play well, they played Florida well defensively in both halfs, and LSU has struggled against some mediocre teams this year. But the defense is going to have to deliver, Klingsbury will have to call a perfect game and have some gimmick pee-pee plays up his sleeve, and Manziel will have to limit his knucklehead plays and let his receivers go get balls. I give TAMU a 35% chance of beating LSU. Manziel can do it, he just needs to get his **** together. College football blows my mind, people are talking Heisman for Manziel despite serious deficiencies.
The worst part about it is there are receivers running drags and slants that are WIDE OPEN across the middle of the field, and instead of just taking the 8 yard gain, he's running around like a headless chicken. Eventually, those receivers are going to get frustrated and stop running those routes with purpose, which is going to allow defenses to key in. Like you said, Bama and LSU aren't scared of Johnny Football.
You just know Klingsbury and company are on his butt about it too, but inside his own head he's thinking, nah, I'm Johnny Football, this is what I do, I've got this... we'll see...
I gave em' a 35% chance. I've seen plenty of crazier upsets pulled off by crappier teams over teams better than LSU.
Getting punched in the mouth by Florida was the best thing that ever happened to LSU. I would normally say "good luck" to you but that would be a complete waste.
They beat Auburn by 2 points. If that wasn't a punch in the mouth (obviously wasn't) then they're susceptible to defeat. I'm surprised no one on here is crying about the 11am start time.
I hate the 11am start! Better than 2:30 I guess but would rather have a night game. A&M/@/Auburn next week at 7pm. Nothing sucks more than having the game(s) on ESPNU. First against Ole Miss, then against LA Tech and next week against Auburn. Turrible.
ESPN doesn't want to take the eyes of Texas, that's why the game is so early - Baylor/UT prime time. Can't blame em' but their product is hurting the viewers.
Baylor/UT prime time over A&M/LSU. What a ****ing joke. ESPN sucking the horns nuts. It's embarrassing.
Your out of your damn mind if you think that A&M can't beat LSU at home, and that is not because A&M is great. You have not been watching many LSU games this year if you think they can't be beat by good, not great teams. This is not the LSU of last year by any stretch.
I am not out of my mind. You are clearly speaking with bias. LSU will manhandle A&M and you and I both know it and I like the Aggies/not a hater. Just real.
