Always funny to hear people knock LeBron for his jumper.

Some other popular players who people praise their jumpers shoots a lesser percentage than him from 3.

You did. I guess the rules changed. I remember when Magic Johnson at 6'9" used his hook shot, they called it a "baby hook" or a "jr. sky hook".

Does Lebron ever use anything like the Dreamshake often? It'll be neat to see if he can add the Skyhook to his repertoire. That is definitely no easy shot and is going to take ridiculous amounts of practice.

Props to Lebron's new "image" marketing group. They've done a great job. Fans tend to be easily swayed.....

+1. Lebron was an ELITE midrange jumpshooter in 2011. He regressed a little bit last year, but he wasn't anywhere below average. He was still above average.

I think the bad stretch after game 6 v. Boston remains in people's eyes.

He went to the sky hook a couple times last year, lebron perfecting his post moves effectively make him the most unstoppable player ever because of his excellent court vision, if you double on the post he will pick your defense apart and now if u dont double he will hit u with the drop step, hook shot, fade away jumper, and plus he still has point guard handles.

It's not about marketing, it's about showing who Lebron really is. He's always been a good guy.

My point obviously went over your head. I don't know if he's a good guy or a bad guy. Most likely, neither do you. What I do know is that this guy has claimed he wants to be a billion dollar enterprise. I'm sure he is seeking a certain image to get to his goal. I'm just giving respect to his image team cause they have really helped him get back to respectability. He took a huge hit with how he left the Cavs.

The question of whether he's a good guy or a bad guy is another argument altogether. To me if you have people who have been around him saying different things then he could be a person with questionable character. The only person you can be assured as being a "good guy" is someone whose praise is universal. Guys like Hakeem, Battier, Yao Ming and David Robinson are guys you don't hear bad things about at all. To me these are the only people you can call "good guys". Anyone else who has questionable stuff coming out about them, I'm not really willing to judge them as you will never know unless you are around them yourself.

It would appear the writer of this article has confused the words "Dream Shake" with "turnaround jumper".

I've never seen LeBron do the dream shake. Someone have video of it?

And if Kareem = Sky Hook, Magic = Baby Hook, then Lebron = Whiny Baby Hook

Nash has been doing a sky hook for a long time, but we call it an 8ft, running, flip shot instead.
