    Apparently he is getting away with it. I read somewhere he was suspended pending review, but no arrest. I doubt he cares, he can collect his govt check and probably make similar, if not more, per month.

    Actually he can't. He can go on welfare for a certain amount of time, but if he doesn't find a job, then he will be kicked off of welfare.

    He wasn't talking about welfare. The bus driver is a municipal employee, so he will be collecting government pension checks for several years after this incident.

    You are ignorant. He has been a bus driver 20 years, a government check wouldn't be near what he was making as a bus driver. If he is fired, he won't be able to collect unemployment.
