I agree, D-Mo needs a more pure traditional point guard to properly utilize his skills. Lorenzomax7 is the epidemy of this, and Morey needs to sign him immediately.
Nothing against D-Mo. But mark my word: Machado will be a solid 2nd string back-up in 2 yrs. 8a in 14mins is not a easy job even it was the garbage time @ two preseason game. Lin always played so well in the garbage time but quite a few ppl would want to admit the fact that he was capable of the starting job in the NYK.
Sorry for my poor expression. I will try to improve it lately. I just want to say that D-Mo probably needs a pure traditional PG to play around him. It seems Toney Douglas can't make him better but so far Machado can. Machado is slower and more under control and his skill set suits D-Mo's Euro-style.
D-MO needs to settle down. He did play well towards the end of the second game but he never looked assertive or sure of himself till then. I'd like to see him play more physical in the paint.
