ClutchFans Game Thread: Hornets @ Rockets 10/12/2012 (PRESEASON)

Asik is an amazing defender with fantastic feel for the boards. this guy is worth every cent we payed him. Also loved Dmo and Toney D. in is a bit of a worry though.

Obviously I wasn't serious. I just wanted to join the party, reading too much into pre-season games.

But our team has looked better than whatever vague expectations I had. Fun games.

 

Watched most of the game.

Sorry, but I was not impressed with any of our rookies besides Jones on defense. DMo was soft, and almost got stripped by Austin Rivers. Jones wasn't scoring the ball well, but he did play good defense.

And keep in mind, our starters played about 20 minutes each, and we were playing against the hornets 2nd string give or take a few players. This win is nothing to be proud of.

 

Naw, i was just kidding too. I'm not gay.

 

Lets hope he starts playing ike one. He has looked pretty average

i'm sure this has been debated a ton on here already, but all of you would rather have paid dragic that contract instead of lin correct?

we won by 20 points. we don't need linsanity from lin especially in a preseason game. people are all up on lin's nuts and he seems to be under so much unneccesary scrutiny. i mean he's already on the nba.com front page?! it's unfair to the kid.

 

I understand what you are saying but I'm looking at the 1 steal and 1 block. PP doesn't give you that and PP needs to be getting more than 4 boards.

 

Well even Toney Douglas i outplaying him. Preseason or not he hasnt being performing.

Nope, he's been performing very well. You can tell his goal for the preseason isn't to show off and dominate. If he wanted, he could totally just take over the game but what would be the point?

He's working to build team unity and working to help them trust one another.

 

I would like remind everyone that Lin is not at 100%. So of course he is going to look a little rusty. He will pick it up.
