I am just worried about the Euro will try to steal another teammate's debut because he's unhappy with his own. Maybe he won't do it, though, since he's Lithuanian (not particularly known for thieving, for an Euro) and not Greek.

No need to post a comment like that. If you don't think the thread needed to be made, why are you posting in it?

Yea I know. I probably should have held back but i was irritated by the fact that the OP posted w/o a link and when someone asked for a link - he responded with a snippy comment basically saying "look it up for yourself."

Respect for taking responsibility. He gets a pass though for being sick, shouldn't be too hard on himself, but will probably be motivation to work harder. These youngters are looking good (No Pedo).

He's going to do a lot of sucking unless 2 things happen.

    1. He gets on albuterex and gains massive size

    2. He outweighs his opponent.

Dwight will have to get past Omer "Kryptonite" Asik first before facing Donatas "Legit 4-Footer Who Plays on His Ass" Motiejunas.

Glad to hear he has higher expectations and wants to work on improving himself.

    or
    3. Gets developed at his natural position.

Frankly, he needs to gain like 50 pounds to be a useful center defensively. He'll never protect the rim, so the only possible way to turn him into a solid defensive center would be a Pekovic/Marc Gasol banger / fight for position type.

Offensively, he might be useful at 5, especially at fast pace. But there are two sides of the court. Use him next to Asik, then I can see some positive things. It'd be like a poor man's Ben/Sheed from the Pistons title team, with upside. That makes sense.

Marc Gasol is a bad example on second thought, because he's much more versatile in the low post defensively than Donatas could hope to ever be.

Jonas bro basically said the same thing about his debut.
D-mo will get used to it, at least offensively.

    Jonas bro as in Valanciunas?
He looked impressive though. Sure, he wasn't very effective, but you could see the talent very clearly. He looked huge, long and extremely mobile and he was everywhere. It's only a matter of time (and luck with health) until he figures it out.

Donatas at center is an old idea, and at no point it seemed like a very good idea.
