As many of you know, I worked in IT as a system administrator. I started out assisting people doing user support, and then moved on to web developer and finally system administrator. For the last seventeen years, I had been working at the same university. Well...back in the saddle again. Last month I started a new job where I will, among other things, manage learning management systems for web-based course tools at a local private university. It should be interesting.
You know how peeps take online classes? I manage THOSE servers and work with my colleagues so students/faculty/etc., are enrolled properly in their appropriate classes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Learning_management_system
It's the Off/On button... which you press when everything freezes... which happens a couple times a day.
Nope ^ . I'm pushing those buttons and... NOTHING's happening. Maybe 'cuz they're images on a screen... SoooOOoOOoo... no one noticed the 17 years, huh? A'ight, I see how it is. I see...
Good luck. Can't hate on a fellow hispanican being successful. I want to go back to school to get either a business, accounting, or IT degree. Just can't decide on what I want to do.
