Yeah, I was just harping on his shot and missed easies, resulting in 0-3 from the field. I'd absolutely love to be wrong about him being the same player as last year.

Makes you wonder just how much better the score would have been if we would have those two players that were missing. Royce White and the real D-Mo.

Lol. Fine I will confess all over twitter was a gross exaggeration lmao only one person tweeted it. I to have a lot of bloggers & beat writers. From OKC, Cavs, Spurs, Knicks, Suns, Raptors, Minny, Nuggets etc.

Anyway that was a really fun game boy have I missed basketball. I watched a bit of the Raptors as well and I watched the Lakers but definitely the Houston Rookies were fun to see as well as Parsons Martin Asik & Lin. Everybody was impressive in some way. I really want to see Royce.

Lin is now 1-0 as the leader of the Houston Rockets.

okay sir, did lamb play 'awesome' like another posters stated or not?

I read the stats sheet, and nothing surprised me other than the 8 rebounds he got, which will NOT be a consistent thing for him at all.

And what does not watching the game have to do with anything if i saw the stats sheet? Is there something I would have noticed about Lamb by watching him live instead of reading the stats sheet?

again, don't expect that on a consistent basis........rebounding is not one of his strengths.

I was at the game!! Got in for free at halftime. Pretty darn entertaining!

I can say the Rockets have A LOT of young talent. T Jones looks legit. Lamb is very fluid offensively, has high ceiling IMO. Even Machado looked pretty good against Thunder's Maynard, the way he handled and moved offensively, not surprised he lead the nation in assists.

See, this is why the Rockets were trying to sign Eduardo Najera in the offseason. I bet he packs the State Farm Arena. Jeremy Lin only appeals to Asian fans. We need Jeremy Linares for the RGV. :)

D-Mo played okay, looks like he may take a while to adjust to the NBA game, IMO. Maynard hit a little teardrop right in his face that was blockable, but D-Mo's reaction time was too slow.
I think he will be fine though, moved pretty well, didn't look awkward out there.

I got the cheap version of League Pass and am still deciding whether to add Phoenix to my five teams to watch, so didn't catch that game. Dragic is my only reason to watch them, as I have little interest in the other players.

    Dragic stat line: 15 min, 4-8 FGM/FGA, 9 pts, 4 assists, 3 TO, 4 personal fouls.

Jones wouldnt be nearly as 'awesome' without the playmaking from TD. He and Jones developed real good chemistry between them.

TD is not the same player as last year. This TD looked to pass more than chuck up the ball.

One poster worrying about starters getting blown out, it was totally unfounded for. Despite Westbrook, who was in one of his mide-season shooting zones, starters kept it close.

Starters shot over 50%! This is the most significant stats considering who they were playing. If they can keep games close or even winning, Rox deep bench will make the difference between winning and losing.

I am most impresses by the second unit. The third unit lost some of the lead and barely held on and won the game.

Is lin 100 percent yet because he looked terrible out there. Asik did some good things. Martin will have a big year but Jones is a stud. This guy might endup being the best pick of the top 3 we got.

Yeah, there's something you should know. This is a Lamb you don't shear, and and a Lamb you don't roast and put on a plate. And yes, the cat just might be a future star. We'll might have to watch the games and see if we're that lucky.

Can't wait to see this lineup:

    TD
    Lamb
    White
    Jones
    DMO

The thought of white and jones on the floor together... pick and roll destruction
