Edit: Well, good new for Amendola--not out for the season and not a broken collarbone. __________________________ Reportedly a broken collarbone, likely out for the year again. Yeah, that sucks.
Looks about equal to me. The marquee win for both teams is against Denver, and the Texans won more impressively on the road. @ San Diego is a tougher secondary matchup than the Texans 2nd hardest game, but not by much. Add in the fact that Atlanta barely squeaked by a bad Carolina team at home, meanwhile the Texans have dusted every weak team they've played, and I give them the edge.
A pretty silly debate on this last page. Anyway I like what I see from Atlanta. Besides the Carolina game they have taken care of business. The offense and defense looks on point so far this season. I'm not going to get my hopes up thought last time I got excited about the Falcons the Packers trashed my beloved birds.
Terrell Suggs targeting the Oct 21 game vs Texans to return. ... Realistic return is November 4 according to Chris Mortensen.
I think we have to relook at how quickly these guys rehab their injuries now. AP and Charles looking spectacular within a year of their injuries. Fred Jackson too beating the time window of his injury by almost half.
OK, I haven't been able to watch the Steeler/Eagle game. How does the defense give up a safety and not a touchback?
