after reading these tweets, i got visions of royce showing up with a protest march in front of toyota center demanding fair treatment in the workplace for the mentally ill.....it's bigger than him and all about health and progress..

What's encouraging is the majority of the posts on this board still question the way White handled this. To those that did, I thank you. Thank you for not putting blinders and blaming the Rockets entirely for how this went down. It goes both ways, and I definitely side with the Rockets on this issue. There were several ways to deal with it, and just because you don't "trust" the organization that spent a 1st round draft pick on you knowing the risks, doesn't mean you to sacrifice professionalism to prove a point.
Someone tweet to Royce that he should be working on his jumpshot. It worked for Kyle Lowry. Maybe add an smh for effect.
I don't see how anyone, including Royce White, blamed the Rockets. In fact, I don't see how there are even two sides to this. White to the Rockets with a request, which he admit was made too late due to his own fault. The Rockets agreed to the request. There's no argument between the two sides. Both agree to provide him with the bus accommodation. Both agree that the timing of White's request was poor. What do they disagree about here?
honestly, it starts to feel like all he does this week is make demands, do media interviews, read their articles about himself and then react to them.
How many minutes is he actually going to play this season with such a logjam at that position, even WITHOUT the whole drama
