I can't believe anyone would think Obama is a great speaker/debater

Ronald Reagan .... Lost his first debate to Mondale as an incumbent

GW Bush ..... Lost his first debate to Kerry as an incumbent

 

Obama didn't just lose this debate, he was beaten to a pulp. Utterly humiliating for Mr. President and his team.

 

Obama tanked the debate so that all that SuperPAC money won't move to the congressional races too soon. Has to keep Romney alive for a while longer to provide down-ticket Dems cover.

 

So Obama will get the lottery pick for the next debate?

 

He gets to bring Bill Clinton to assist him.

 

I was very surprised at the way the debate went down but luckily for obama he has 2 more debates to make up for this lackluster effort. He better step up his game because everyone anticipated that he had this election in his back pocket. If he gets destroyed in the next debate I can see Romney actually pulling this out.

 

Each candidate held their own. Romney was in a better position; he "won" this debate, but what can we take from it? Each side will strengthen support of their candidate.

If you felt Romney was wrong before tonight? Well, you're still going to think what he said was wrong. Same with Obama. Nothing was going to change anyone's mind.

These debates are nothing more than reality TV waiting for someone to do something stupid.

 

Yup. Obama better be prepared to be far more articulate, concise, and able to parry more effectively with Romney in the next debate. He better actually put effort in to prepping.

This was a lopsided victory to Romney. I was very impressed with him. I expected a draw. He came out swinging and had his points very well rehearsed. Obama seemed to know he was in trouble and it showed.

 

The sad part for you guys is that B Kardashian won't be able to do that. He is an affirmative action president and was exposed for what he really is last night. It was the first time that someone really clocked him in the face and he was crying, he even looked for help from the moderator.

 

The reason he doesn't get hammered by fact checkers is because they're all in the tank for him. The MSM are too heavily invested in him to report honestly.

you got to get over this paranoia here. Many of the fact checkers are non-partisan and have both repubs and dems working for them.

 

Non-partisan my ass. It's one big scam. It's editorializing through the back-door. And 90% of the fact checkers are Obama voters.

Fact checkers aren't out for one candidate over another.

Even if the fact checkers did vote for either candidate it wouldn't stop them from doing their job and checking facts.

Doctors may not personally like some of their patients, but that doesn't mean they can't do their job and still treat them.

 

Please just tell us all of your conspiracy theories in this thread, so we can get those out of the way and not debate them in the future since they are all, only conspiracy theories

"Fact checkers" are journalists and journalists are totally in the tank for Obama. Remember what Evan Thomas said.

 

Of course you believe this. Everyone who believes a conspiracy theory obviously thinks it's true. It's just that their belief in the conspiracy theory doesn't make it actually true.

So fact checkers and media being totally in the tank for Obama is one of your conspiracy theories. Do you have others we should know about?
