I like how he's either an elite QB or should be fired.

Is not Romo's Fault entirely he is a good QB, but definitely not elite, I would say he is in the 13-15 range.
The first 3 weeks Witten was dropping all the passes, now this week is Dez who was dropping a lot of balls, and that offensive line is awful. but yeah Romo can play better, he is so inconsistent, sometimes he plays great (like against the Giants week 1) and sometimes plays awful.

Romo should be put in situations to manage the game, he has weapons, just feed them. Instead he's trying to sling it around and hit home runs. If they had a more disciplined offensive approach they could be one of the most balanced offense teams in the game and limit turnovers. Instead we get this crap.

Get him a serviceable O-line and he'll be fine.
