Romney started really strong, but Obama is finishing strong -- still give the win to Romney barring something crazy in the last few minutes.
anybody think Obama scores points by obeying the moderator and apologizing when he has minor transgressions while Romney ignore Lehrer over and over without apologizing? I don't think it helps. but maybe some will give the President some credit for being obedient. I
Debates made a huge difference in 1980, when voters didn't know Reagan and thought he was a crazy cowboy. IMO, it won't matter this year. Issue will. I could have voted for the Massachussets Romney. I cannot vote for the tea-party Romney (too radical for me). Obama wins re-election regardless.
That's what Romney does. Says what he has to. Although Obama looks like he needed another shot of espresso before the debate. He needs to kick it up a notch. He's doing better than at the beginning.
Wow, women really don't like Romney. I think the debates make Romney seem a bit more human, but by no means did I learn anything new about him.
