Not like Lebron's. There will be LOUD CHEERS AND ALSO BOO's in the Garden. BUT MOSTLY CHEERS. I bet LIN fans will outnumber haters. Wish I could be there.

I am New Yorker, I found myself very hard rooting for Knicks right now

although I still love some players from that team. I am going to watch every rockets game this season. Hope Jeremy will dominate every rockets vs Knicks games.

I'm surprised there aren't more jaded Knicks fans jumping on the Nets bandwagon. However, if w can convert more fans into Rockets fans, then I'm all for it.

I guess, not being American, I don't understand if there is a lot of hatred between Knicks and Nets fans. I didn't feel that when I went to NY last month. Lot's of Knicks merchandise, but also lot's of new Nets merchandise.

Yes, I am. Since the day the Knicks didn't match the offer in July.

 

We are going to be a great team to get behind this season.

Bandwagoners need not apply but I think we are going to have some really special moments that will make this a memorable season... (unlike the last two)

 

I think each article, no matter what it's about, should get its own thread. Some people only read clutch fans for basketball news, and some people haven't read every page of every thread here.

Maybe it would be easier to read through one Lin thread with a compliation of all the articles if people didn't feel the need to fill it up with mindless **** because they have nothing better to do.

As a Rockets fan of over 35 years I appreciate every article people take the time to post here at Clutch Fans. CF is where I come to too get Rockets info, etc.

Jeremy Lin is the biggest news here in a long time, imo, and I hope he shocks the hell out of all of us with his great play. Baby Rockets we are so ready for liftoff!

 

Maybe you need to have some respect for members here who are you actually Rockets fans. A lot you new people just joined b/c of Jeremy Lin and ya'll are so f***** disrespectful to anybody that says anything about him that you don't like. I'm so sick you guys talking s*** to people who are real fans. If Jeremy Lin was gone tomorrow, you wouldn't even be here, so STFU.

 

Respect goes both ways. So what if there are new Rockets fans because of Lin. He's now on the team and will be for the foreseeable future. If people don't want to read about Lin don't click on the link or make meaningless posts in the thread.
