1. T Jones as starting at PF end of the season 2. Lamb Average 20 points per game 3. Royce white don't have any opportunities at all
1) Ironically, McHale will struggle to find a balance at the PF position even with all the PF's on the squad. Halfway into the season, Jones will get the nod but due to some bonehead plays will often be spelled by White who will become a solid low-post defensive player. White will also spell Parsons at times at the SF position but will eventually settle down as the PF and will be a starter near the end of the season. 2) Asik will continue to be a beastly rebounder/shotblocker. He will obviously struggle a bit on the offensive end but will SLOWLY start to connect with Lin/White. Motie will be forced to play center backing up Asik but getting just ~13 minutes per game. 3) Parsons will lead the league in dunks/allyoops made. 4) Kmart will regain some value by putting up huge offensive numbers but will be traded near the end of the season in favor of Lamb who will get the nod as the SG starter. 5) Lin will put up solid numbers across the board and will become an all-star. He will revolutionize the PG position and will become known as a "bruising PG" ala the former running back Eddie George. 6) Rockets will have some issues at the backup PG position but will play Douglas for his defense and will run the ball through White half of the time. 7) Rockets will be in the playoffs landing the 6th seed. Utah will miss playoffs, Clippers will slide due to *unforeseen injuries, Denver surges, but Lakers finds chemistry. San Antonio remains strong. Oklahoma City with a beastly record. 1. Oklahoma City 2. San Antonio 3. LA Lakers 4. Denver 5. LA Clippers 6. Houston 7. Dallas 8. Memphis
Bold prediction doesn't mean absolutely unrealistic prediction. 1. We get a top 5 overall pick next season.
Rockets will get more play on ESPN because of Lin. Royce White will average more assists than Lin by the end of the season. DD will come back under a different handle.
The rockets are going to be extremely inconsistent, clutchfans will be a forum full of rocketsfans on emotional roller coasters. Starting threads about how much they hate/love this team and how they think this team future is bright/pitch black.
coachbadlee will stop making terrible threads and only make well though-out posts supported by logic and reason.
1. No major injuries to the team. 2. McHale connects with everyone. 3. 2nd unit All Rookie lineup of Machado, Lamb, Jones, White, D-Mo outplays starting unit - Lin, Martin, Parsons, Pat, Asik. 4. BANG!!! - We make the playoffs.
Pat Patterson tears it up as McHale features him for the first half of the season, then is traded at the deadline along with the Toronto Lowry pick for an unprotected pick in the 2014 draft.
