    Broad Brush...
I make a comment that I am joking about, and you get all bent out of shape. I respect what you do, I could never live that lifestyle. I have organized menus and done weddings that are entirely veg friendly. But now I am a bigot and a racist? Broad bush indeed...
You don't know me or where I work or what I have accomplished. It is harder to cook for someone that is vegan but that is what is fun about it, throwing all conventional cooking out the window and catering to a very select crowd.

I would love to cook something for you Batman, and I promise that I won't use chicken stock or butter...

The unfortunate truth about the majority of humans is that they are inherently unattractive. With Americans, physically, and with Europeans, psychosomatically. So they look to ridiculous means despite the fact their stomach can't really differentiate between an organic item and an item with a few eco friendly pesticides because of something called HYDROCHLORIC ACID. It is in the stomach, produced naturally in normal people.

I just finished a 3 week relationship with a Russian model and her french sister, and we had alot of debates about food. According to our research, antibiotics are good for plants and animals as they fight off diseases and keep stress cortisones low just before they are killed. Organic everything just raises the fact you could get a virus strain because these animals and veggies are quite sickly.

The thing about humans is that we weren't always at the top of the food pyramid. But we evolved through things like agriculture, weaponry, tribes, manipulation of inferior beings, etc. So making veggies nice and juicy is the next step in the evolution theory.

Unfortunately, the 98% of humans who aren't on the upward trend of the evolutionary theory look to cheap thrills such as owning "their own veggie garden" and having a "fruit tree in my backyard", while still retaining their recessive traits that lead to lack of any other passions in life besides... eating. And that's how this whole counterculture developed.

At the end of the day, my thighs are tight and yours are falling off their hinges. So save all the trees you want, but it's not going to stop the top 2% from moving upward and onwards.

Did you really just call Chipotle the best Mexican food in town? I really hope you don't live in Houston. If so, may God have mercy on your soul.

Just read a bunch of your stuff, Batman. You read very angry for some reason. Like super defensive. Maybe you're not and I certainly hope you're not because you don't need to defend being a vegan or being yourself. It's a good thing to do and admirable. I'm amazed that you have enough compassion in your soul to view any living creature or it's product as non-edible.

    Two questions:

Seeing curry often uses yogurt, what is your choice as a substitute?

Does your compassion for all living things stem from your religious views?

Yeah, that's a mistake a lot of vegetarians make. My religious views are what make me vegetarian, and lot of people within my religion are very unhealthy (even though they also don't eat meat) because they eat so much cheese and fried food that it makes no difference for them. Being vegetarian doesn't always equate to being healthy. However, it is a very good way of getting there if you can control what you eat. The same can be said for any diet however, so it's really up to the individual more than it is the actual food.
