This directly decided the outcome of a game, though.

Sure, refs have screwed up calls in other games before, but those calls never directly influenced who won and who lost.

The botched PI call on Shields, and the PI non-call against Tate equals Seahawks victory.

    Pathetic.

Seattle had drives killed because of fluky holding calls.. and ESPN of course never showed the replay, they only the obvious

look at how they were beating a dead horse on that Shields PI play.. Aaron Rodgers has been kept in check for 2 out of the 3 games this year, thats the bigger story

I would have never thought a Seahawks game would be so entertaining.

Thank you replacement refs. Now go home.

what happened to all those people that say, " you have to overcome the refs" "they never should have been in that position in the first place?" maybe mr. eliteness should have blown the seahawks out of the water instead of settling for fgs?

anyways, glad it happened because now we get the regular refs back. With little to no training, it was a suicide mission for these replacement refs.

These refs were missing calls on both teams all night. To all the people that are quick to blame refs, this should make you appreciate legit NFL refs more. If Green Bay could protect Aaron Rodgers in the 1st half, they wouldn't have been in that situation.

No, I think there have been a couple games were the refs messed up so badly they cost a team the game. Not to this extent though this was just awful.

Replacement refs have giving more yardage to a team on game winning drives, given team more challenges and timeouts then they were allotted on game winning drives.

No other games on, so I think this blunder is magnified by 1 trillion.

I know there are guys in the booth to make sure the rules are enforced correctly. I don't know if they're the normal guys or not. But it's still the on field refs that go under the hood and make the call.

This is the dumbest post I ever seen. and I seen a lot of posts. But this one is the dumbest I've ever read. What do you mean they didn't do enough to win the game.? If the correct call is made they won the game.
