Lopez should not be better than Chandler, they should be about even.

Knicks backcourt shouldn't be an 80. Once again, 2K overrates the Knicks.

Former superstars always get the best ratings even when they are old. Gilbert Arenas corpse rated 83 if you put him at SG.

I pre-ordered my copy of 2k13 at Gamestop last night after work. I plan on doing midnight release pick up since Resident Evil 6 comes out same day. I might even grab RE6 if I'm in a good enough mood.

I've heard them say if you hold down the L button, then the shot stick essentially comes back...but it's not the default controls. That's something you should probably look into.

    Update from Mike Wang:

just fyi... some of the controls are incorrect in this trailer:

    Bounce Pass = LT+A
Behind the Back = RS away from hoop

As for shots, the trailer just shows how to execute some of the new shots with the face buttons. Shot Stick controls are completely different. For example:

Hop Step Layup = LT+Double Tap RS left or right
Euro Step Layup = LT+Throw RS one way then back the other

Observations after first game vs. cpu(I won 20-6):

    1. I'm controllin Heat and when you give the ball to Bron the cpu will try to double team him every single time, even outside the 3pt line. Results in open shots every possession, don't know what they thought of that.

    2. This leads to my next observation: Think I only missed one shot, although I attempted like all but three FGs outside the paint and netted two or three 3fgs. Fg% is really messed up and way too easy, made turnarounds and in yo face jumpers with Bron, didn't miss one. Remember this from past demos so i think they'll tweak this til release or adjust with an update post-release.

    3. CPU runs a varied offense, lots of P&R with Westbrook/Ibaka and always lookin for the open guy.

Maaan it takes time to remember to hold the LT to shoot, accidentally dribblin all day on open opportunities.

    Graphics don't seem that improved.

    Animations=beautiful

Seems like they finally got the vert on the dunks right, no more head above the rim ish.

Seems like you can barely pass while in shooting motion this year, have yet to pass out of a layup.

fg% is better now, seems the 1st was a fluke game.

Your team is also runnin more plays off the ball, not standin around like in previous 2ks.

I'm happy about that, kinda frustrating just watching your team just stand around waiting for you to make something out of nothing every possession.

Big negative: passing still slow as f..., gotta try more bounce passes to see if it helps. Lots of interceptions when playing online right now.
