The funny thing is you can park and walk in and the restaurant is usually pretty empty -- you can get in and out in half the time.
First and foremost, you had the right to be angry. However, what's keeping you frustrated is that you were incompetent in handling the situation. Take a deep breath and analyze the situation carefully. The situation has passed and what's done is done - there's absolutely no reason to keep yourself angry anymore. If you feel insecure that it might happen again, analyze the situation more carefully and see what you should've done/areas you're deficient in as a person (as you say, you need to work on your cussing - not really my avenue but if it works for you). I personally would've gotten out of the car, wouldn't have let her order. When the people on the back of the line or restaurant management went to check up, I would've explained that she cut, and we, presumably, gang up on her. You were incompetent. Fix it.
