O wise sages, I messed up and pissed off my wife, so to remedy the problem I booked weekend getaway to Galveston for the weekend. Do you guys have any recommendations on what to do this weekend other than lying around on the beach? Thanks in advance.

It depends on how much you want to spend. You can always get a room at Moody G and take her shopping on the Strand let her buy a nice little dress and make reservations at the ninth floor restaurant Shearn's and go dancing in the lounge. Let me know I will call the guys in the kitchen and tell them to take extra good care of you and your wife. Then after dinner take her out to west end and walk along the beach on a deserted strand of beach and make love in the sand.
The Tremont House in the Strand area is an old and very nice hotel that's pretty romantic. We've stayed there several times. No pool, but shares the facilities the Galvez has, if you go over there. Very nice piano in the evenings in a beautiful atrium area, and close to eateries, galleries, and shops.

Gross... Galveston If there was one thing that could piss me off anymore it would probably be being forced to stay at that ****ty place for a whole weekend. Nasty water, abundance of jellyfish, trash everywhere and sucky beaches
