Yummy, just a big bowl of Ramen with fish oil. Overrated fad food.

Pho hung used to be the best hands down, but ever since the original old sold it, hasn't been the same.

You could not be more wrong.

The correct answer to the OP:

    1. Pho Binh Trailer
    2. Pho One (Westheimer/Wilcrest)

They have a veggie pho at Pho One. I got it once and didn't think it was nearly as good, but then again I'm a meat eater. You can check out their menu here: http://pho-one.com/

Fantastic Pho in The Woodlands has a great veggie/tofu pho. We were the last night and had it. We really like this place.

Don's pho I dont like. I usually skip pho and get some spicy Korean seafood soup instead. More savory.

I recently saw an episode of triple D's that visited a Viet restaurant. I had no idea on how much work goes into making good pho.

    I am posting this again.

I went to a Japanese place in Stillwater that was awesome, called Tokyo Bowl.

It's a shabu shabu joint. It was the first time my wife and I have eaten at this kind of establishment.

Needless to say we want more. Do any of you know and good shabu shabu places around town?

I went to 2 pho restaurants in the past month. They both included lime and jalapenos on their toppings plate. Is this customary, or is this like tex-mex pho? Maybe they are aiming for a little Mexican twang.
