Jus traded with the same guy again... Sent out cj spiller/stev johnson for stevan ridley/aj green... My new team will be Stafford/romo rayray/mathews/trentrich/stevan ridley/beanie wells(although i put him on waivers for vincent jackson) Megatron/a.j.green/dez/demaryius/(hopefully vince jack) Gronkowski/coby fleener N.E. kicker Dallas defense Thoughts on trades and new team?
Good trade. RG3 ain't Superman, and should hit a rough patch when the Skins run through their gauntlet schedule. If he continues to excel, I'd be presently surprised.
Thats what im hoping... stafford and megatron were both buy lows and spiller and rg3 are.sell highs... I jus feel like rg3 and spiller will level out while stafford and megatrom come back around... plus i.got a.j. also... my recievers were so thin i had to do something...
When you're getting into WR2s and WR3s on the depth chart for teams, it's so hard to get consistent targets week in and week out. This problem will also exist with any lower tier RB who shares loads and stuff. At least with McFadden, unless he gets hurt (which well, that's a huge unless), you know he's going to get touches every game. Maybe at this time, try to pick some reaches that could become starters. I watched the Skins game vs St. Louis, and even though SJax was technically out with an injury, it sure looked like he straight up got benched for being out of control. Daryl Richardson sure looked explosive. Then there's a Mark Ingram possibility, if New Orleans ever gets back to winning. Right now, they're throwing like crazy b/c their behind (good for me b/c I have Sproles in ppr), but if they start winning and getting ahead, their offense should become more balanced and Ingram should get more touches.
Got Bradshaw might not play due to neck strain. Pick up Wilson Or Andre Brown? Also, should I pick up Pierre Thomas?
This is why I brought up the idea of the trade. Cause I knew it would be hard to come up with a package of 2nd tier RBs and WRs that would make sense. They're really not that good either or dependable. Idk... these 1st-2nd round "studs" need to pick it up.
Hopefully more news comes out on Bradshaw today. I have the #1 waiver order and wanting to see if its worth using on Andre Brown.
Got offered Vernon Davis for Michael Bush I have Davis Starting line-up for me right now is Brees A.J. Green C.J. Spiller Marshawn Lynch Ben Tate Lance Moore Vernon Davis Lions D/ST Matt Bryant Bench consists of Jacquizz Rodgers, Laurent Robinson, Martellus Bennett, Alshon Jeffrey, Hawkins from Cincy, Beanie Wells and Roy Helu, Would like to upgrade at WR and RB Thoughts?
I was offered Larry Fitz for BJGE. I feel like I'd be trading for a name rather than production. So I countered with Jordy Nelson.
Just traded Benson, Steve Johnson, and Fleener for Bennett, Ben Tate, and Heyward-Bey. Then I picked up Boldin of the waiver wire and dropped Heyward-Bey. So, now my team is Schaub McCoy Steven Jackson Colston Reggie Wayne Bennett Jimmy Graham (FLEX) Steelers Justin Tucker On my bench I have Greg Jennings, Michael Turner, Mendenhall, Luck, Malcolm Floyd, Ben Tate, and Boldin. 1-1 right now.
I think at the end of the year they might have pretty similar numbers actually. Rodgers seems to be spreading the wealth and I don't think anyone expects Nelson to repeat those TD numbers. I guess of all those 3 players involved I'd take Nelson still but its a tossup.
I'm so close to dropping Turner, he really looks like he's done and not in a slump. Too much invested in him though so I'll wait it out.
I wouldn't be quick to veto it. Bennett has more value than you think -- he's pretty much an every-week start at TE at this point, and those are not exactly easy-to-find commodities. I'd certainly do the trade, but I'd think twice about what I'm losing at TE before doing it.
